SEC EDGAR Filing Services Now Available from ISS

— Integrated Software’s announced today the availability of EDGAR filing services. The product is EdgarFileNow and provides US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system (EDGAR) document conversion and filing solutions for transfer agents, public companies, and individuals that need to file periodically with the EDGAR system.
Services include the review of documents, comparison with requirements for inclusion of appropriate information in a completed automated process. According to James Christ, Senior Product Analyst, "The EDGAR service was requested by our customers to provide an inexpensive, quick method for meeting their reporting requirements.
